Thank you for choosing Techy Tradition for your device repair needs. To ensure the best possible service experience, please review our booking policy below. Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting our store directly. While appointments help us serve you faster, walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment so we can begin diagnosing your device as quickly as possible. All devices are eligible for a free diagnostic evaluation to help identify the issue and recommend the best repair solution. Our free diagnostic includes an external inspection and basic functional testing. Device disassembly or advanced internal diagnostics are not included in the free diagnostic service. If further inspection requiring disassembly is necessary, we will always inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. After the diagnostic is completed, we will provide a repair quote and estimated turnaround time before any work begins. No repairs will be performed without your authorization. Repair times may vary depending on the type of repair, device model, and parts availability. Many common repairs can be completed the same day, while some complex repairs may require additional time. Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to bringing in a device for service whenever possible. While we take great care when handling devices, Techy Tradition is not responsible for any loss of personal data during the repair process. Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after repair completion or customer notification may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
